Escape rooms are suitable for most ages. We recommend a minimum age of 12 for best engagement. Children aged 7–11 must be accompanied by a paying adult.

Each room accommodates 2 to 7 or 8 players depending on the room. Larger groups can book multiple rooms.

Games typically last 60 to 70 minutes depending on the room. Please arrive 15 minutes early for waivers and briefing.

Comfortable clothes and shoes are recommended for ease of movement.

Yes, booking in advance is required. You can book via our website, WhatsApp, or email.

Yes, if space is available. Please ensure everyone arrives together.

- Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the booking: Full refund.
- Cancellations between 72 hours and 48 hours before the booking: 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the booking: No refund.
- No-shows are considered cancellations and are non-refundable.
- Refund Note: If you paid through bank transfer or card, the Company will process your refund in compliance with this policy. However, the Company cannot guarantee how long it will take for the funds to be returned to your account, as this depends on your respective bank’s processing timeline.
- Rescheduling is permitted at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.

Yes, rescheduling is free if requested at least 24 hours in advance.

No-shows are not refunded. We offer rescheduling at a reduced rate if informed in advance.

If you provide documentation of an emergency, we will try to offer a refund or rescheduling.

Yes! Our Game Masters provide a full briefing, and in-game help is available every 5 minutes.

No photos or videos are allowed inside the rooms to protect the game's secrecy.

We have a great party hall specially designed for birthday parties, aligned with the immersive themes of our escape rooms. This space can be reserved for your gathering before or after your game.

50% deposit, non-refundable, is required to secure a party. The rest is due on the event day.
