Bookings and Reservations

• - All bookings are subject to availability. Advance booking is strongly recommended.
• - Walk-in participants will be accommodated only if rooms are available.
• - The Company reserves the right to refuse bookings or admission without explanation if deemed necessary for safety, security, or operational reasons.

Payment Policy

• - Full payment is required at the time of booking for individual reservations.
• - For group bookings (including birthdays, team-building, and school trips), a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total booking value must be paid in advance to confirm.
• - All prices are in Qatari Riyals (QAR) and may change at the Company’s sole discretion without prior notice.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

• - Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the booking: Full refund.
• - Cancellations between 72 hours and 48 hours before the booking: 50% refund.
• - Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the booking: No refund.
• - No-shows are considered cancellations and are non-refundable.
• - Refund Note: If you paid through bank transfer or card, the Company will process your refund in compliance with this policy. However, the Company cannot guarantee how long it will take for the funds to be returned to your account, as this depends on your respective bank’s processing timeline.
• - Rescheduling is permitted at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.

Arrival and Late Entry

• - Participants must arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.
• - Late arrivals may result in reduced gameplay time or denied entry. No refunds will be issued.

Age Restrictions

• - Minimum age for participation is 7 years.
• - Participants aged 7–11 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• - The supervising adult assumes full legal and financial responsibility for the minors in their care.

Conduct and Behavior

• - Participants must follow all staff instructions, safety rules, and game guidelines at all times.
• - Aggressive, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior will result in immediate removal without refund.
• - Important Notice: Some rooms feature live actors and jump scares. These are designed for immersive entertainment and may cause surprise, fear, or heightened adrenaline. Guests acknowledge and accept this as part of the experience.

Liability Waiver and Risk Acknowledgment

Assumption of Risk

• - You understand and accept that escape room activities may involve physical exertion, mental stress, simulated scenarios, live actors, and jump scares that could cause injury or distress.
• - Participation is entirely at your own risk.

• - You waive, release, and discharge Game Over Escape Rooms Qatar, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, or liabilities for injury, illness, death, property loss, or damage, whether arising from negligence or otherwise.

• -You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Game Over Escape Rooms Qatar and its representatives against any claims, damages, legal costs, or expenses resulting from your actions or participation.

• - You confirm that you are medically and mentally fit to participate. You accept full responsibility for disclosing any relevant medical conditions prior to participation.
  Personal Property
  • - The Company assumes no liability for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings. Secure storage is the responsibility of each participant.

Surveillance and Monitoring

• - All rooms and common areas are monitored by CCTV for safety, security, and training purposes.
• - Recordings may be reviewed in the event of incidents, disputes, or suspected misconduct and may be shared with authorities if required by law.

Refund Policy

• - No refunds once the game has commenced.
• - If you voluntarily exit or discontinue participation, no refund will be provided.
• - The Company reserves the right to cancel or terminate a session at its discretion; in such cases, refunds or rescheduling may be offered.

Damage and Misuse

• - You are financially responsible for any damage, vandalism, or misuse of equipment, props, or facilities caused by you or members of your group.
• - The Company reserves the right to charge your payment method for repair or replacement costs, as well as cleaning fees if required.

Photography, Recording, and Media Use

• - Photography or video recording inside the game rooms is strictly prohibited.
• - The Company reserves the right to capture photos and videos of participants before or after sessions for promotional use, unless you explicitly object in writing before participation.

Food, Beverages, and Prohibited Items

• - No outside food or drinks are permitted without prior approval.

Force Majeure

The Company shall not be held liable for cancellations, delays, or disruptions caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, government restrictions, health emergencies, technical failures, or security threats.

Amendments

Game Over Escape Rooms Qatar reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will be posted on our website and shall apply to all future bookings.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be exclusively resolved by the competent courts of Qatar.

Acknowledgment and Acceptance

By making a booking, entering the premises, or participating in any activity, you confirm that you:

• - Have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.
• - Acknowledge that participation is at your own risk.
• - Are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent/legal guardian.
